A huge extra service Sarah was able to give us, was staging our house for the large number of viewings we had, once the house was on the market. Sarah has a real eye for how to make the most of space in a room and how to show that space in an agents’ photographs and she has an especially good idea for colour and how furnishings can go together, to make a room look attractive and spacious. This, to the extent that our grandchildren and friends said at first, they did not recognise our house in the agent’s photographs!

“We've recently relocated back to the UK with a family of five. With dual careers and very little spare time we never found the time to unpack the remaining boxes. Let alone set up our house in way - from the very start - that would lend itself to be organised and structured in a relaxed, achievable way. Enter Sarah. She came highly recommended by a friend and she definitely met my high expectations.
Hands on, practical, creative and very easy to talk to, she managed to unpack about a third of our boxes on her first visit. Not only that, but for an extra fee she even took all the empty boxes and wrapping materials to the tip. Needless to say I've had her back several more times and she's created a miracle.

“We engaged Sarah to help us declutter a number of rooms/spaces in our house and we are so glad that we did.
In a very short time she methodically and efficiently helped us sift and sort through numerous cupboards, shelves and even rooms and gently, sensitively, but firmly, facilitated decision-making on our part about what to keep and what to give away/give to charity/recycle or bin. For the things we decided to keep, Sarah would organise and, where appropriate, label them logically and neatly and suggest other space saving measures we could use. After each visit Sarah would load her car up with objects to take to charity shops/recycling/the dump, leaving us with a much fresher, more spacious and better organised interior.
